openafs: build error in focal with new kernel linux-hwe.5.8

[Impact]

openafs-modules-dkms failing to build on linux-hwe-5.8 kernel(see attached make.log for details)

[Test Case]

$ sudo apt install openafs-modules-dkms

[Fix]

Adding all necessary changes from groovy 5.8 dkms module without affecting 5.4 code.

[Regression Potential]

Medium to low, changes are wrapped in #if directives. Confirmed module installs and loads on both 5.4 and 5.8. The number of changes does create some concern for regression.

Accepted openafs into focal-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openafs/1.8.4~pre1-1ubuntu2.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Please help us by testing this new package. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation on how to enable and use -proposed. Your feedback will aid us getting this update out to other Ubuntu users.

If this package fixes the bug for you, please add a comment to this bug, mentioning the version of the package you tested, what testing has been performed on the package and change the tag from verification-needed-focal to verification-done-focal. I confirm that openafs-modules-dkms 1.8.4~pre1-1ubuntu2.1 can be built and loaded on Focal with the 5.4 and 5.8 kernels:

$ dkms status
openafs, 1.8.4pre1, 5.4.0-58-generic, x86_64: installed
openafs, 1.8.4pre1, 5.8.0-33-generic, x86_64: installed

I have also run the ADT tests with the latest linux-hwe-5.8 kernel and the tests were successful:
