This is due to the backport of a kernel change:
  move d_rcu from overlapping d_child to overlapping d_alias
to 3.2.0-76.111 and 3.13.0-46.*.

The OpenAFS package in Debian sid (1.6.10-4) has the necessary fixes. If you want to cherry-pick them, try the patches I'll attach shortly.
