Env:
VMs:ubuntu-16.04-desktop-amd64 and ubuntu-16.04.1-server-amd64
open-vm-tools version: 10.2.0.1608(build-7253323) from ppa:ci-train-ppa-service/3152

Result:
Two errors are found when install open-vm-tools related packages from untrusted PPA by adding ppa:ci-train-ppa-service/3152

1) VGAuathServices is not running because /lib/systemd/system/vgauth.service is missing
   when update to / install open-vm-tools 10.2.0

(Note: refer https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/open-vm-tools/+bug/1677196 for the fix)

2) get error message as follows when type "apt-get install open-vm-tools-desktop"
   /usr/bin/deb-systemd-helper: error:unable to read run-vmblock-fuse.mount
Failed to get unit file state for run-vmblock-fuse.mount:No such file or directory.

(Note: This is a known bug at Canonical: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/open-vm-tools/+bug/1639222.
In fact this issue has been fixed in ubuntu 17.10 with bundled open-vm-tools-desktop version 2:10.1.10-3ubuntu0.1 and ubuntu 18.04 with bundled open-vm-tools-desktop 10.2.0-3ubuntu2)

Steps:
1) add repository
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ci-train-ppa-service/3152
sudo apt-get update

2) update to / install open-vm-tools 10.2.0, and then check tools, vgauth, vmware-toolbox-cmd

3) reboot guestOS and check tools, vgauth, vmware-toolbox-cmd

4) uninstall open-vm-tools and then check tools, vgauth, vmware-toolbox-cmd

5) reboot guestOS and check tools, vgauth, vmware-toolbox-cmd

6) install/uninstall open-vm-tools-desktop
