I was surprised the modules aren't installed with libcamhal-ipu6ep0, since they are recommened with libcamhal-ipu6ep0 [1]. Can you have linux-modules-{ipu6,ivsc}-gwneric-hwe-22.04 installed through
$ sudo apt update
$ sudo apt dist-upgrade
after fresh install?
