The Windows version also segfaults:

C:\Programme\Octave>bin\octave -q --eval "clear -all"
 - Use `pkg list' to see a list of installed packages.
 - SciTE editor installed. Use `edit' to start the editor.
 - MSYS shell available (C:\Programme\Octave\msys).
 - Graphics backend: jhandles.
