Fixed it:

sudo apt-get install --reinstall linux-headers-2.6.38-8
sudo apt-get install --reinstall nvidia-current

Bug #763017 occurs when downgrading from kernel 2.6.38-8 to kernel 2.6.32-22. This bug occurred when upgrading from 10.10 to 11.04.
