Tested on Oracular finally (Nvidia 535). It's a lot better but still not perfect. Frames don't seem to be out of order anymore but there is an annoying lag when typing text in Google Chrome for example. I'm not sure that's still this same bug but it might explain why the upstream bug https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/xorg/xserver/-/issues/1317 remains open. In https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/xorg/xserver/-/merge_requests/967 Nvidia says it doesn't fix issue 1317 alone and that "Additional changes in the NVIDIA driver would also be required."
