Same happened to me today.
I'm using a Lenovo ThinkPad P16 Gen 1 with Ubuntu 22.04.
I was using "nvidia-firmware-535-535.86.05" before the update and during the update to "nvidia-firmware-535-535.113.01" my screen went black.
