It seams the module can't be build from source.
Get the same message from apt. It fails after an updates some days ago.
Not sure the kernel or dkms updates results into this break. Try with some NVidia driver versions.
The build log says the following:

Some news, gcc-12 includes the option '-ftrivial-auto-var-init=zero'. Linux Mint 21.1 normally uses gcc-11. Install the new gcc explicitly with apt (and change the alternative because of clang) solves the problem to me.

I made some changes seance default install, Mint release updates included. But Ubuntu 22.04 install gcc-11 normally by gcc package. This could break with a new compiler option.
