I tried the fix for a different problem in this link randomly and it worked for me.

I am adding steps here:

1. Add the following lines to the file "/etc/initramfs-tools/modules"

nvidia
nvidia-drm
nvidia-modeset

2. Run "sudo update-initramfs -u" in the terminal
3. Reboot
