Correct but now in 18.04 KMS can no longer be set in the combo of
Ubuntu's 4.15 kernel & nvidia drivers.

This prevents use of nvidia on wayland & per bug prevents prime sync in
an X11 sessions, both of which are going to be a bit of a disappointment
for many 18.04 users.
