Changing back to Undecided. If this bug affected systems using kernels in the repository, Triaged/'High' might be appropriate, but as it stands now, the bug is closer to simply being 'Invalid' because the OP has a custom kernel.
The only reason I chose to not mark it Invalid is because Ubuntu may decide to use a 3.14.x kernel in Trusty and then this may report may be valid if Ubuntu does not update the nvidia-331 package to support a 3.14.x kernel.
