Unmaintained or not, it's the only driver that works correctly with my card... Please provide it in Ubuntu 18.04 again.

2017.9.19 isn't really far away, and Seth Forshee (sforshee) has already provided a patch months ago on bug 1737750 for it.

I think it's a bad decision removing it :(
