Comment 29 for bug 495121

Ok, so Lucid is almost out which means Karmic is 1/3 through its life cycle...and still no movement on this. I'm starting to lose faith in this "18 months of support" thing... Not, trying to get on anyone's bad side, but it is very frustrating when you are plagued by a problem such as this, go through all the processes of reporting it and don't get any sort of response or assistance in a possible cause, workaround or solution. :(
