nunit-gui only displays tests of one namespace

Bug Description

Binary package hint: nunit

Today I discovered that the GUI only displays tests from one namespace and others from "sub-namespaces" are not displayed. But the console (nant) executes all tests. Also ReSharper displays all tests from all namespaces.

e.g.
CompanyName.Project.Domain.UnitTests
CompanyName.Project.Domain.UnitTests.Tests.Classes
CompanyName.Project.Domain.UnitTests.Tests.Validators
CompanyName.Project.Domain.UnitTests.Tests.WebServices

NUnit GUI will only display "CompanyName.Project.Domain.UnitTests" but ReSharper and console also considers othe others. See also Screen-shots.

FYI, if this were a bug, it would be an upstream bug. However, we rejected it on Sourceforge since it could not be replicated.

If this were a confirmed bug it should probably be marked as affecting both "nunit" and "nunit (Ubuntu)" as it's not an issue that's isolated to either one.
