I have a solution (works for me):
In Hoary, all ok. But in Breezy, sometimes the sync clock fails.
The solution:
To add the following line into /etc/network/interfaces:
auto eth1
That's all! eth1 is the I use to connect to Internet.
By now, the problem is solved. I've tried several times, and now the clock synchronizes correctly.
Hope this helps.
