Notifications time persistance should be customizable. Maybe consider:
- Minimum enforceable display time.
- Maximum enforceable display time.
- Optional time proportion regarding to text length.
- Notification history! (plus clear-history button).
- Auto-hide Notifications icon after some customizable time.
