Hello bas, thank you for taking the time to file this bug report and help us make Ubuntu better!

I believe this bug is the result of a corrupted .deb file in your local .deb cache. Please try running:

sudo apt-get clean

And then run

sudo apt-get -f install

This should resolve any issues you are seeing.
