if you are not using the "nfs_shared_infodir" parameter, removing the init script is sufficent.
However, if the parameter is used an a custom place is provided do_unbind will make an uncecked umount of /var/lib/nfs. Any issues there will not return an error. This is independent of the EXEC_Mode. So you have this potential issue even with systemd and a removed /etc/init.d/nfs-kernel-server script.
