I reproduce on Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS, I can workaround the problem this way:

modprobe blocklayoutdriver && systemctl restart nfs-blkmap.service

Here is the NFS package version:

nfs-kernel-server 1:2.6.1-1ubuntu1

Edit: in fact not this doesn't workaround the problem.
