broken RTL support in VTE-based terminal emulators.

AFAIK Whiptail has a built-in RTL script support, which is awesome on many environment with no RTL support such as text-based Debian installer or TTYs. But recently VTE added support for RTL languages and now, Whiptail is broken on GNOME Terminal, etc.

Found out the problem is in this debian patch for Bidi:
