@Luciano Barea you should be able to manually download the package when it will be pushed to the official repo as "http://packages.ubuntu.com/xenial/amd64/libkf5networkmanagerqt6/download", transfer the file to your system with a removable medium and install it with

sudo dpkg -i <package_filename>.deb
