Open Discover -> Burger menu (top right) -> Configure Sources -> Configure Software Sources -> Updates tab -> Updates for proposed software.

I hope I got the translations right.

Then do:
sudo apt update
sudo apt install libkf5networkmanagerqt6
sudo systemctl restart NetworkManager

Now go ahead and test creating a new connection or editing a connection.
