Well, how was the state when you run the command? It seems like you are using 3G, and wifi is turned off in the menu:

1: phy0: Wireless LAN
 Soft blocked: yes
 Hard blocked: no

I see no killswitch affecting 3G there. Does the computer have integrated 3G modem?
