thanks for reporting this bug.

i'm not sure if this is a pervasive problem for others as well, but ubuntu studio will be making some more changes to the seeds to bring it in line with how xubuntu handles networking.

hopefully during alpha 2 testing we can revisit this bug and see if it still persists.
