Hi,

I can't upgrade my systems to 3.2-rc6 for a while. I will try it later on.

But may be you can first try:
- to put SIM card to normal phone (at same time you verify SIM condition)
- configure with phone not to use PIN
- put SIM card back to Huawei dongle
- test
