Hi. I have the same problem. In NetworkManager.state all values are true. I've done the rfkill thing and nothing happens:

robert@robert-laptop:~$ sudo rfkill unblock all
robert@robert-laptop:~$ sudo rfkill list
0: acer-wireless: Wireless LAN
 Soft blocked: yes
 Hard blocked: no
1: phy0: Wireless LAN
 Soft blocked: no
 Hard blocked: no
2: acer-bluetooth: Bluetooth
 Soft blocked: yes
 Hard blocked: no
4: hci0: Bluetooth
 Soft blocked: no
 Hard blocked: no

I have an Acer Aspire 1830T-3721.
