When the network is lost I can't see it either with a plugged USB wifi dongle:

When the network is working I can connect with both internal Wifi and dongle.

It is also not related to power management as the issue occurs:
- sometimes right after reboot (I can't even connect after login),
- sometimes a few minutes/hours after reeboot without having be in supsend mode.
