libpam-keyring works flawlessly (gutsy)
Once installed you have to manually edit the file below to activate it

From /etc/pam.d/gdm
auth requisite pam_nologin.so
auth required pam_env.so
@include common-auth
@include common-pamkeyring ------------ Insert this line
@include common-account
