I can confirm this as well.

Friends laptop (Inspiron 6400 running Inter PRO/Wireless 3945ABG card). At first the card would connect yet frequently disconnect requiring a NM restart (I initially figured it was just the singular router) but as well it happens on my router now. This is a important bug even if its for a couple of people, its really restrictive in Jaunty. :)
