Bug Description
If you change networks by swapping the RJ45 cable, Ubuntu retains the same IP on the old network and doesn't recognise it has been switched until you enter the network settings window and disable then re-enable the network adapter. Only then will it update the IP. IMO it should automatically get a new IP if you change networks in a similar behaviour to other major OS's
