FYI, that bug suddenly happen on my jaunty box few days/weeks ago (maybe due to an upgrade cause there were no configuration change).
Simply deleting the password for the SSL private key in SeaHorse ("Applications" > "Accessories" > "Passwords and Encryption Keys") did the trick. Network Manager asked me for it again, and it worked.
