Running a Dell Inspiron 8200 with Ubuntu 8:10 beta (Fully up to date)

Sound Card: Intel 82801CA-ICH3
Kernel : 2.6.27-5-generic

My network Wired and Wireless are fine.

Getting the "Shutting down ALSA..."
Have to wait 5 mins for ALSA to timeout for Shutdown to continue.
