This is not universally fixed on Karmic. Unless this is a separate driver issue with identical symptoms, the bug persists. Specifically, on an HP Mini 2140 (wl driver, BCM4322 chipset) it still takes around 30 sec. on average to reconnect on wake with a fully updated Karmic as of the time of writing this.
