For info, since I did these, I have not had these message about network manager anymore at all. And in fact, I have changed... nothing. Just played a bit with the commands in the Login Window menu by deleting the sentence into brackets" AND putting them back again (i.e. = no change, except the date of the file?), and it works fine.
