I used dhcp binding of my router to fix the address 192.168.2.4 to Mac address b8:27:eb:3f:11:5f.
Few hours later, after the syslog gives the "Withdrawing address record for 192.168.2.4" the machine gets another ip-adres, 192.168.2.23 from the dhcp router.
Checking in the router to see why it don't bind I see the router assigns 192.168.2.23 to Mac address 86:16:f9:3f:11:5f
Same problem with raspbian stretch and avahi.

The first Mac address is right, b8:27:eb belongs to raspberry http:// standards- oui.ieee. org/oui. txt standards- oui.ieee. org/oui. txt.
The second Mac address starting 86:16:f9 is not known by http://
Where does the second, incorrect, Mac address came from?
