I have the problem too. After the dhcp lease is expired the avahi-daemon or something else doesn't renew the dhcp lease. It helps to request an ip address manually:
Configure the lease time on your dhcp server to 86400 seconds (one day) and it should help the most of us to work without problems for a day. But it doesn't solve the problem.
