periodically disappears wifi connection

approximately every 15-20 minutes lost wi-fi connection. only helps a system reboot.
wi-fi adapter is RTL 8723 BE on laptop

Same issue here with buntu 15.10 (Wily Werewolf) and all updates installed.

All workaround known to me (see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1320070) don't work any more on my machine.
