Typo, of course I meant the other way around:
Bug #155885 is now correctly marked as a duplicate of this bug.

Also, a better summary for this bug could be:
"NetworkManager wrongly disconnects wireless after 99s, ignores working DHCP lease. Bug evident after installing/configuring dhcp3-server and/or dnsmasq, even after purging and reinstalling network manager and these packages"
