No option to save new OpenVPN connections

Bug Description

I am able to click add so this isn't related to bug # 204696.

There is no ok or save box on new openvpn connection.

My system info:

lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu precise (development branch)
Release: 12.04

I can confirm this problem with Xubuntu 12.04 amd64. Both the save button and the "Make this connection available to all users" checkbox are greyed out and not usable.

I have this problem with 14.04 but I will report a new bug since the version is so much later
