@distributedfog have you been able to try adopting the netplan YAML in /etc/netplan/*.yaml to the correct interface name? Does this make it work?

Using dhclient in parallel to netplan/systemd-networkd might lead to conflicts, as there are two DHCP clients running at the same time.
