2009-10-28 11:04:18 Loïc Minier description Binary package hint: netbook-launcher After upgrading from Jaunty to Karmic with UNR, there wasn't a way to shut down. Based on bugs 445599 and 456367, it looks like the indicator session applet should have been added, but wasn't. If I switch desktop modes to the classic interface, then the indicator session applet is shown. I can also manually add the indicator session applet when in the netbook interface. I did not notice any problems during the upgrade. It did not warn of anything not upgraded successfully, and I didn't see anything crash. I've attached a screenshot that shows the launcher without the indicator session applet.
