the problem with the tulip driver was fixed in Festy Fawn (7.04) so i'm
really happy
the version with this problem is the 6.06 LTS (the original CD-Rom install),
with the kernel installed in the default version. In 7.04 i haven't find
this problem.

Closed for me.
