that the problem is fixed in netatalk 2.0.4.

I note that Debian is distributing 2.0.4 release candidates in testing
and unstable.

So... at least for Debian testing/unstable, can we now have DHX2
encryption turned on by default via #defining GNUTLS_DHX please?
