This problem only happens in GNOME using Wayland. It does not have this problem when i switch to GNOME with XOrg.

How to Recreate the Problem:

1. In GNOME Open a drive window that has files.
2 Right-click any file to bring up the context menu
3. Click on the left side outside of this context menu.

Doing these steps you would expect this context menu to close -- as if nothing was selected by the user. It won't. It remains open! What's worse, is NOTHING on the left side can be clicked! It gives the impression the OS has crashed.

The only way to close this menu (besides selecting an item in this menu) is to click above, below, or on the right side of this context menu.

This has been a long time bug that has been here for years in gnome. I was hoping it would be fixed in 5.2.x but it has not. Again, Cinnamon (in Ubuntu) does not have this problem despite being the same nemo version 5.2.x..but since Cinnamon only using Xorg its clear that the problem lies with an a bug in the Wayland code of nemo.
