Same Problem
No Problem with kernel 2.6.35-28 on Ubuntu 10.10Maverick Meerkat and ncpfs 2.2.6-4

With Ubuntu 11.04 and kernel linux-image-2.6.38-8 it crash on ls command

What to do ?
Expecting a new Kernel ?
