- do you get the same warning under unity? (just to know if the session makes a difference)
- the bug you point is a segfault and the stacktrace contains libdbusmenu, yours doesn't
- does moving .gtk-bookmarks away workaround the issue? it seems to be due to your bookmarks somewhat
- could you get a stacktrace with the gtk3 dbg package installed?
