Yep, still in Lucid. I can confirm that the previously mentioned solution works with the Lucid version of nautilus, but it does (as mentioned) require recompiling. I'd very much like to have this fixed for Maverick... if nothing else, why not just make the fix listed above the default until a better solution is created?

I think it's fair to say that having the keep aligned setting reset to OFF after every login is much less annoying to people who use the keep aligned feature than the current behavior is to those of us who don't.
