Yes, the properties aren't the same, but it should be the same, it's confusing

1 - I'm opening the properties of a folder, but I can unmount it (unmounting a folder I can unmount a volume? from the inside, from the outside, and from the volume)
2 - How can I share a volume, sharing a folder? And if it's, why the volume haven't the option to share, but the same folder yes?
3 - If I'm root, how can I do the same work? (the "computer" location is disabled for any users, as root)

In any cases, his behavior is as folder, in any cases have features of the folder and of volume, and in other cases his behavior is as volume. It must be the same, and not searching the location where the behavior is as I need. And the computer isn't very popular, and this location is very complicated to find (even, I think it's important for new users, and it could be considered as 'one hundred per cuts', but it's my idea :S)
