"create folder" and "create document" disappear from right-mouse menu when List View full.

In List View, if there are not enough file entries to fill the screen, you can right-click to create a new folder, or new document.
Once there are enough file entries to fill the screen, there doesn't appear to be any way to create a new folder.
I've had to switch to Compact View to have space in the right hand area where the right-click menu would show these options.

I can confirm on karmic.

Of course, this is really a bigger issue that options normally available on a "blank space" right-click are not when the list view is full. These options are still available via the File menu.
